Just a few suggestions for fundraising,
The Scottish Government have a Cashback For Communities scheme which takes money back from criminal activity and ploughs it back into youth sport (amongst other things). I have attached a link: http://www.scotland.gov.uk/Topics/Justice/public-safety/17141/cashback
The Royal Bank of Scotland run a Community Fund each year with 3 local groups getting money (£3000 for the winner, £1000 for runner up & 3rd). It not until the summer time, I think, but might be something worth enquiring about: https://communityfund.rbs.co.uk/
The National Lottery also help out local groups via their Big Lottery Fund http://www.biglotteryfund.org.uk/scotland
There is also a few ideas on sportscotlands website: http://www.sportscotland.org.uk/ChannelNavigation/Topics/TopicNavigation/Funding/
You may well have looked into all the above but if not, hope this helps a wee bit – keep up the good work lads.
Cheers.
